Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedule changes may be necessary. To ensure we can provide the highest level of service to all clients, we kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
  • No-call No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
  • We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, you’ll be asked to reschedule and a $50 late cancellation fee will apply. Please note that arriving late will not extend your appointment time.

By booking an appointment with Mad Skin, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Return Policy

We accept returns of unopened products within 1 week of purchase. Eligible returns will be issued as store credit. If you received a manufacturer-defective product, please email us at info@madskinaesthetics.com within 1 week of receiving your order. A team member will be in touch to further assist you.
