Our Policies

Appointment Policy

We offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. Please note that arriving late will reduce your treatment time, as your session must end at the scheduled time to remain on track for other guests. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and a fee will apply per our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation & No Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. To help you manage your visit, we send multiple reminders leading up to your appointment.

Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or any "no-show," will incur a $50 fee charged automatically to the card on file. If a client late-cancels or no-shows more than three times, full non-refundable payment will be required prior to booking any future services. If you reschedule a prepaid appointment within our 24-hour timeframe, the credit will be applied to your new booking.

Our providers' time is valuable, and many of our clients book months in advance. Last-minute cancellations prevent us from filling those gaps and serving other guests. By scheduling an appointment at Mad Skin, you agree to these terms.

Refund Policy

Services
All services are non-refundable. Because aesthetic results vary from person to person, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome. To achieve your desired goals, additional treatments may be necessary and are the responsibility of the client.

Retail Products
All product sales are final. If you receive a defective product, it may be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of purchase.

Gift Cards & Account Credits
All sales of gift cards, service vouchers, and account credits are final and non-refundable. These items cannot be exchanged for cash. If a prepaid service or credit is on your account, it must be used toward services or retail and cannot be cashed out.

Child & Guest Policy

We love babies and children; however, we ask that you please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. To ensure the safety of your children and a relaxing environment for all clients, minors are not permitted in treatment rooms or left unattended in the lobby. Guests are generally not permitted in the treatment rooms unless pre-approved.

Pet Policy

We love animals; however, we ask that you please leave your pets at home. For the health and safety of our clients, only task-trained service animals are permitted inside our facility. If you plan to bring a service animal, please notify us in advance so we can prepare the space for you. If you arrive with a pet that is not a service animal, we will need to reschedule your appointment, which will result in a fee.
