Madi is the founder and owner of Mad Skin Aesthetics and a licensed Master Esthetician who graduated from esthetics school in 2018. With years of hands-on experience, her passion for skin health, education, and helping clients achieve real, lasting results has shaped everything Mad Skin stands for.

After working in the aesthetics industry, Madi recognized a gap in the level of care clients were receiving. She wanted to create a space where skincare went beyond individual treatments, with a greater focus on each client's unique skin journey, long-term progress, and personalized care. Frustrated by the limitations of traditional spa environments, she founded Mad Skin in 2022 with a vision to offer the advanced treatments, high-quality products, and education needed to truly transform skin.

Madi believes that achieving healthy skin requires more than a one-size-fits-all approach. She is passionate about combining innovative treatments, customized home care, and ongoing education to help clients feel confident in their skin. Her commitment to delivering exceptional results continues to drive the growth of Mad Skin and the team she's built.

As both an esthetician and business owner, Madi takes pride in creating an environment where every client feels heard, supported, and confident in their skincare journey.

Olivia is a licensed Master Esthetician who graduated from NIMA Institute in 2018 and began her career in aesthetics in 2019. She has been part of the Mad Skin team since the clinic first opened.

Passionate about results-driven skincare, Olivia loves combining advanced treatments, high-quality products, and continued education to help her clients achieve healthy, radiant skin. She especially enjoys treating acne, inspired by her own experience struggling with it in high school. Understanding firsthand how skin concerns can impact confidence, she finds it incredibly rewarding to guide clients through their skincare journey and help them feel their best.

Outside of the treatment room, Olivia enjoys staying active through workouts and hot yoga. She loves all things beauty and wellness and never turns down a good reality TV binge.

Abbey is a licensed Master Esthetician who graduated from Acaydia School of Aesthetics in September 2023. She began her career in the aesthetics industry in 2022 and has been part of the Mad Skin team ever since.

Passionate about results-driven skincare, Abbey loves combining advanced treatments, high-quality products, and continued education to help her clients achieve healthy, glowing skin. Having personally struggled with acne, she understands the impact skin health can have on confidence and finds it incredibly rewarding to help others feel their best.

Her favorite treatment to perform is microneedling for its versatility and ability to improve acne scarring, fine lines, and overall skin texture. For herself, she loves the Ultimate HydraFacial for its instant glow and zero downtime.

Outside of the treatment room, Abbey enjoys staying active, playing sports, and spending time outdoors. She also cheered at BYU, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Communications.

Originally from St. George, Utah, Ellee graduated from NIMA Institute in 2025 as a licensed Master Esthetician. With a passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness, she loves continuing to learn and expand her knowledge of the ever-evolving aesthetics industry. Ellee is excited to grow professionally, build meaningful relationships, and be part of helping others feel their best. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, making new memories, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Originally from Portland, Oregon, Tess graduated from Utah State University in 2026 with a degree in Marketing, where she also competed as a Division I soccer player for four years. With a passion for creativity, she loves bringing fresh ideas to life through content creation, event planning, and marketing at Mad Skin. Tess enjoys being part of a welcoming, supportive team and is always excited to expand her knowledge of skincare and aesthetics. Outside of work, she loves staying active, working out, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Abby is the Operations Specialist at Mad Skin and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2017 with a degree in Economics and Business Administration. Before joining the Mad Skin team in March 2025, she began her career as a pricing analyst in the corporate world.

With a strong background in data analysis and strategic decision-making, Abby brings valuable experience to Mad Skin, helping streamline daily operations, improve efficiency, and support the clinic’s continued growth. She loves applying her analytical skills in a fast-growing aesthetics environment and being part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Outside of work, Abby has a passion for music and creativity. She grew up dancing and playing piano before teaching herself guitar and ukulele. She also loves spending time with her husband and daughter and exploring all that Utah has to offer.

Blake is the co-founder of Mad Skin and leads the behind-the-scenes business operations that keep the clinic running smoothly. Originally from Las Vegas, he moved to Utah in 2020 after serving a two-year mission in Dallas, Texas.

Blake graduated from Utah Valley University in 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Analytics. Before co-founding Mad Skin, he gained valuable experience in summer door-to-door sales and developed a strong foundation in strategy, operations, and data-driven decision-making—skills he now applies to supporting Mad Skin’s growth and long-term vision.

As co-founder alongside his wife, Madi, Blake is passionate about building a business that prioritizes integrity, smart systems, and a strong team culture. While he may not be in the treatment room, his focus is on creating the structure and support that allow the clinical team to deliver exceptional results for every client.

Outside of work, Blake enjoys golfing and is always working on a new project—often convinced he’s more handy than he actually is.

Fun fact: Blake and Madi went to the same high school in Las Vegas, lived just minutes apart, and shared mutual friends—but didn’t actually meet until they were both living in Utah.
